TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to Abu Buggy Adventure Rental LLC. By booking any of our services—including but not limited to Buggy Rides, Camel Trekking, Falcon Shows, or Dune Dashing—you ("the Client") agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement under the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.

1. Eligibility and Driver Requirements

Safety is our priority. To operate our vehicles, the following strict criteria apply:

• Minimum Age: Drivers must be at least 16 years of age (or as specified by current RTA regulations for off-road vehicles). Passengers must be at least 5 years old.
• Identification: A valid original Passport or Emirates ID must be presented upon arrival. Copies may not be accepted.
• Health & Sobriety: We adhere to a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding alcohol and drugs. Any client found under the influence will be denied service with no refund. Pregnant women and individuals with back/neck injuries are strictly prohibited from Buggy Rides and Dune Dashing due to the rough nature of the terrain.

2. Nature of Activities & Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that activities such as Buggy Rides, Dune Dashing, and Camel Trekking are physically demanding and carry inherent risks, including but not limited to vehicle rollover, collision, and animal unpredictability.

• Waiver of Liability: By signing our on-site indemnity form, you release Abu Buggy Adventure Rental LLC, its employees, and agents from liability for personal injury, death, or property loss arising from participation in these activities, except where caused by our gross negligence.
• Safety Gear: Wearing helmets and seatbelts (provided by us) is mandatory at all times inside the buggies.

3. Vehicle Usage & Damage Policy

Our fleet is maintained to factory specifications. You agree to treat the equipment with respect.

• Reckless Driving: Drifting, jumping, or driving aggressively is strictly prohibited unless specifically part of a professional guided stunt course. Our guides have the authority to terminate any ride immediately without refund if a driver ignores safety instructions.
• Damage Liability: The Client is fully responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle due to negligence, collision, or rollover. You will be charged for repairs and parts at current market rates plus labor costs.

4. Service Inclusions

We take pride in our hospitality. The following are included in your standard booking unless stated otherwise:

• Refreshments: Unlimited mineral water and soft drinks are complimentary during the tour.
• Safety Equipment: Helmets, goggles, and safety briefings are provided at no extra cost.
• Guide: A professional lead guide to navigate the dunes (for guided tours).

5. Animal Welfare (Camel Trekking & Falcon Shows)

We respect the wildlife and heritage of the UAE.

• Interaction: Guests must not approach Camels or Falcons from behind or make sudden loud noises.
• Handling: Touching or holding Falcons is only permitted under the direct supervision of the handler.
• Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to cancel animal interactions if the animal shows signs of distress or if weather conditions are unsuitable.

6. Booking, Cancellations & Refunds

• Booking Confirmation: Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of payment or official voucher issuance.
• Cancellation by Client: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled trip will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable.
• Cancellation by Us: If we cancel due to extreme weather, technical issues, or force majeure, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative date.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the Federal Laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
